The Administrative Review Tribunal is currently seeking multiple Senior Level 1 and 2 IT Support Officers to join their Enterprise Technology Group. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and operating service desk functions, coordinating responses to incident reports, providing problem fixes and remedies, installing and testing systems or system components.
Salary
The annual salary range for the position is AU$85,755 to AU$91,809 per annum, plus a generous employer superannuation contribution of 15.4%. We also offer competitive salary packaging options.

Key Responsibilities

* Install and test systems or system components.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have Australian citizenship as a condition of engagement. All employees are required to undertake an Australian Federal Police check and a health assessment. You must also possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
