We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, personalized care to our clients, enabling them to live a fulfilling life at home.
About the Role
This role involves providing premium care experiences to our clients, meeting their safety needs, and using equipment safely and properly. You will work closely with our Care Designers to develop and implement client care plans, ensuring that each client receives tailored support.
Responsibilities
1. Provide genuine, compassionate, and personalized care to our clients
2. Deliver care according to client care plans developed by Care Designers
3. Meet the safety needs of clients and use equipment safely and properly
4. Complete accurate and thorough records and documentation
5. Conduct nursing assessments and identify areas for improvement
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Registered or Enrolled Nurse qualification
* AHPRA Registration
* CPR and First Aid Certification
* Car and valid driver's license
* National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Approval
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
