We are currently looking for an in-house Graphic Designer to join our team on a casual basis. Flexible hours available (approx. 8-12 hours a week, may vary).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Elevate team, offering services that enhance the Elevate brand identity and marketing efforts. You will have the proven ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment. Elevate Management Consulting is a proud emerging Australian consulting business with a presence in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.
It was founded with the goal of establishing genuine partnerships with the organisations business with we work with. From a one-person operation, we have grown to a team of approximately 8 staff, delivering services to over 20 organisations across a range of disciplines.
We deliver high-quality services across project and program delivery/management, commercial, business transformation, digital and AI, social procurement and facilities management.
You will be a great fit if you have:
* Previous experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a professional services environment
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet competing deadlines

* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
* An enthusiastic, can-do attitude
* The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Well-developed computer skills across MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, however, we are happy to negotiate use of other design systems, including Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
* A strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
* Always deliver with a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* PowerPoint presentation design
* Creation and development of images for promotional use on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, including animation
* Design of Elevate promotional material (standees / banners / brochures)
* Website management
* Support for internal initiatives (e.g., development of templates, event branding)
* Video editing
* Business card design and formatting
* Ad-hoc graphic design support, as required.
