Pre-Sales Engineer – Data & Integration Solutions (PDM/PLM/ERP)
This specialist tech business partners with engineering, design and manufacturing organisations to lift the lid on what their data systems should be doing. We're looking for a Pre‑Sales Data Solutions Consultant who loves getting in front of clients, solving problems, and delivering solutions that make a measurable difference.
You'll sit at the intersection of pre‑sales, solution design and hands‑on delivery – perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and real influence.
What you'll be doing
* Work side‑by‑side with in‑field specialists to understand client challenges and design tailored data solutions.
* Lead discovery sessions and run polished solution demos that clearly show the "why" behind the technology.
* Configure and deploy PDM, PLM, ERP and broader data management systems that must neatly integrate into complex environments.
* Own projects end‑to‑end – scope, configuration, implementation, training and ongoing support.
* Be the trusted advisor clients rely on for optimisation, integration pathways and automation strategies.
This is a national position with paid interstate travel across NSW, QLD, VIC, TAS and NZ – ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting clients and seeing the direct impact of their work. Strong remuneration that genuinely reflects capability.
What you'll bring
* Experience consulting or implementing PDM, PLM or ERP platforms.
* Strong grasp of workflows, data structures, system integration and process automation.
* Comfort leading pre‑sales workshops and building solution architecture.
* Familiarity with tools such as SOLIDWORKS PDM, Autodesk Vault, SAP, NetSuite or comparable systems.
* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems (or similar) preferred.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder skills – technical and executive.
* Project management capability (Prince2 or equivalent) valued.

Remuneration
$110,000 – $120,000 + Super for a remuneration package on offer.
