A position is now available for an experienced Stock Controller to join our elite team at Cheltenham.
This role is responsible for stock ordering and vehicle deliveries to site, the receipt of vehicles on arrival, and new and used vehicle registrations. You will keep our clients updated on vehicle timelines and deliveries and provide support and assistance to the sales teams for all inventory items and reports.

Duties and responsibilities:
* Vehicle management
* Status reporting
* Vehicle ordering
* Dealer swaps
* Vehicle selling
* Receipt vehicles on arrival
* Raise internal Repair Orders
* Run stock reports
* Arrange sublets
Skills and experience:
* Dealership experience in Pentana, SAP, Eranet, Era and FMCdealer systems
* Experience with Ford, Hyundai, Kia, Mazda, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi and Honda brands and advantage
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic with genuine desire to succeed
* Excellent written, verbal and time management skills
* High attention to detail
