HB Recruitment is currently working with one of Toowoomba's leading Real Estate firms to source a dedicated
Sales Administrator to join their busy team!
The successful applicant will work Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (no weekend work) and will be responsible for the following key duties:
Reception (including answering phone calls, key handouts and assisting walk in clients)
All aspects of Trust accounts, including resolving paid to date issues, receipting issues, disbursements, any accounting type issues
Sales administration including Form 6 documents, contract preparation, brochure production, appraisals, liaising with Solicitors, and advertising
Assisting with Property Management tasks, when and if required
General administration, as required
