HB Recruitment is currently working with one of Toowoomba's leading Real Estate firms to source a dedicated
**Sales Administrator** to join their busy team!
The successful applicant will work Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (no weekend work) and will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Reception (including answering phone calls, key handouts and assisting walk in clients)
- All aspects of Trust accounts, including resolving paid to date issues, receipting issues, disbursements, any accounting type issues
- Sales administration including Form 6 documents, contract preparation, brochure production, appraisals, liaising with Solicitors, and advertising
- Assisting with Property Management tasks, when and if required
- General administration, as required
