As the leading public transport operator in the NT, CDC Northern Territory has an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.
About the role
Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, the People & Culture Coordinator provides essential support across a wide range of HR functions, with a strong focus on recruitment.
This role is well suited to someone with 2–3 years' HR generalist experience (or equivalent exposure) who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly regulated environment.
Our work supports the public transport sector—a complex industry where compliance, safety and attention to detail are critical. Experience or appreciation of similar environments involving scheduling, rostering, or operational workforce planning will be highly regarded.
What you'll focus on:
* Support end-to-end people processes including recruitment (mechanic, drivers and corporate roles), on-boarding, offboarding, performance management and employee engagement
* Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems ensuring quality, compliance and confidentiality
* Work collaboratively with leaders and departments to deliver HR initiatives and support organisational priorities
