We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Asset Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead delivery, commissioning and readiness of high-volume assets and new equipment.
* Support new site start-ups, ensuring operational and maintenance strategies are executed effectively.
* Conduct on-site inspections to verify equipment fit-for-purpose and aligned with specifications.
* Coordinate decommissioning and resale of old assets.
* Execute equipment optimization projects with regular site presence and progress monitoring.
* Provide technical advice to site maintenance and operations teams.
* Maintain accurate registers and tracking systems for vehicles, assets, and equipment.
* Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and OEMs.
* Oversee warranty work, credit claims, and core return processes.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
