* You have a strong understanding of visual merchandising for fashion/apparel and can collaborate with the team to maintain a well-presented store that engages customers
* You embody exceptional customer service skills and can mentor a team to deliver the same
* You possess the ability to resolve complaints and queries in a professional manner
* You prioritize zero harm and recognize the safety of our customers and team as top priority
