The Company
Our client, based in Laverton, is an Australian company operating in over 20 branches across Australia and New Zealand. With over 55 years of experience in the electrical and engineering industry, they specialise in motor control, power distribution and automation systems.
Due to achieving continued growth rates in this sector and are now looking to expand their existing team.
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Picking and packing orders via RF
- Palletising and preparing stock for dispatch
- Receiving & despatching goods with correct documentation
- Operating mobile plant equipment and performing manual handling tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your work area
To be successful, you will need to have:
- Solid background in warehousing - Certificate II or III in Warehousing Operations highly regarded
- Basic to Intermediate computer skills
- Organisational skills and team working abilities
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Proactive attitude and have the ability to meet company targets
- Forklift licence (LF) - bonus but not essential
Hours & Pay Rate:
9am till 5pm Monday to Friday
(prospect to work 4-days per week, at the end of probation period)
$69,612k + superannuation
