What we are looking for:
* 1-2 years of relevant kitchen and grill section experience
* Flame and/or Charcoal grill experience essential
* Understanding of different cuts and cooking temperatures
* A Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification is beneficial
* A genuine passion for food, people and the overall hospitality experience
* Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
