The Role
We're on the hunt for an energetic and reliable Group Fitness Trainer to join our coaching team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a community atmosphere, and brings energy to every class.
As a subcontractor, you'll:
* Run engaging group training sessions (including warm-ups, technique demos, and coaching throughout).
* Motivate and support members to get the most out of each session.
* Create a positive, fun, and safe training environment.
* Step in for cover when other trainers are on leave/holidays.
Schedule
* 3-hour afternoon shift each week.
* 3-hour early morning shift each week.
* Additional opportunities to cover classes during holidays and leave.
What We're Looking For
* Cert III & IV in Fitness (required).
* Current CPR & First Aid certifications (required).
* Experience coaching group training (preferred, but not essential – we'll support the right person to grow).
* Positive, approachable personality with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
* High energy and passion for helping others achieve their goals.
