**About The Centre**
Thrive Coniston, located in the suburb of Wollongong is close to public transport and offers street parking.
One of Thrive's biggest centres at 112 places, the team have been working hard to create new and inclusive learning areas both inside the centre and in their large natural outdoor environment using their recently received brand-new furniture and resources.
Thrive Coniston is made up of a team that is dedicated to providing quality early education and care for the children in the community.
**About The Role**
This is an exciting opportunity to become our next Educational Leader and work alongside our Head of Education and Quality.
This position would suit someone with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and educators.
You will be working closely with ourHead of Education and Quality and other Educational Leaders to ensure you are fully supported in your role.
**You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged**
**Your main responsibilities will be to**:
- Support educators to assess each child's learning and development in relation to the approved learning framework, other contemporary theories and the Thrive curriculum
- Support educators to critically reflect on each child's learning and development and on their own pedagogy as part of everyday practice
- Reflect on educational pedagogy as part of everyday practice
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Uphold strong work values with a focus on being your best by doing your best

- A Diploma in Early Childhood or Early Childhood Teaching degree
- A current NSW Working With Children's Check
- Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
