Administrator Primary Health Care Development

Join our dynamic Primary Health Care Development team in a newly created role supporting engagement, reporting, and relationship-building activities.

As the team continues to build capacity with our catchment's primary and community care providers, you'llplay a key role in enhancing engagement and delivering program outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

Coordinating meetings, events and capacity-building initiatives including the development of communications and resources using a lens of cultural safety and cultural humility.

Develop and maintain strong, respectful relationships with a range of internal teams, primary and community care providers and PHN stakeholders.

Support the health needs assessment, data collection and data reporting using your strong communication skills to incorporate feedback into program design.

Maintain accurate stakeholder records and facilitate access to continued professional development opportunities.

About you

This role is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is forging a career in health or community development. We value lived expertise combined with administrative skills gained in a health or community development field.

Key Capabilities

A minimum 2 years' relevant experience and / or a Diploma level qualification in health or community development field.

Demonstrable skills in relationship building with a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Adaptive communication skills, strong attention to detail and excellent time management.

Experience centring First Nations self-determination and an intersectional understanding of the diverse needs of our region.

A connection with the Murray PHN catchment, our values and vision.
