Senior People Analytics Specialist – Systems & Administration

As our
Senior People Analytics Specialist
, reporting to the
Group Manager People Systems & Reporting
, you will support the People & Performance team by enabling data-driven workforce decisions through the delivery of clear people insights that align with The Star's vision and strategic objectives.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change through analytical insights and foster a culture transformation aligned with our strategic goals.
A few of your responsibilities
Develop and maintain an effective people analytics strategy in alignment with the organisation's goals.
Gather, organize and analyse data from various sources to support people analytics initiatives.
Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
Analyse data and provide insights to people and labour trends within property and corporate business units
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis.
Provide data analytics for people metrics reports and board papers
Collaborate with IT, HR functions and business units to ascertain and understand specific data requirements
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science/Analytics, Human Resources or related field
Proven experience in data analysis & reporting preferably in HR or people-related field
Experience with programming and systems such as Power BI, SQL, and HR systems
Advanced in Excel, Power BI and knowledge of HRIS systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a strong understanding of People metrics for decision making. You thrive in collaborative environments and are confident in engaging stakeholders across all levels of the business.
Your role will be pivotal in improving reporting efficiency, enhancing employee experience, and aligning people strategies with The Star's Vision and Strategic Objectives.
