** Change Manager with FMCG / Supply Chain & Logistics/ Retail domain experience required **
** Initial 12 Month Fixed Term assignment with potential extensions **
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for
* Business and organisational Change Management activities
* Liaising with internal and customer facing stakeholders to deliver operational change
* Oversee the execution of plans
* Transitioning from a manual system to a new automated offering using AI
* Potentially training users on new systems
The ideal candidate will have
* Extensive experience in one or more of these domains; FMCG, Supply Chain & Logistics, Retail, Hospitality
* A strong business process and technology focus
* A pragmatic approach with first-class customer facing, engagement and stakeholder management capability
* The ability to 'deliver' change in an operational environment
* A knowledge of Ordering / Forecasting / Automation / AI offerings would be ideal but not mandatory
