This particular project is a brand new $200m high end high rise residential project in Brisbane and will suit a Project Coordinator (Project Engineer or even an experienced Site Engineer ready to step up) with experience on commercial or residential construction sites with a mid or upper tier construction company.
The team on site is first class right from the boots on the ground to the PM.
**To be successful you will have the following**:
- Construction Management or Civil Engineering Degree is preferred
- Quality and cost control skills
- It is preferential that you have experience working on commercial or residential construction projects over $20m
- Ability to write a construction program
- Ability to write a scope of works
- Ability to manage subcontractors and a strong appreciation for safe work practices
