About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will promote a safe environment, maintain accurate documentation, and work collaboratively with staff to deliver resident-focused care and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote a safe environment for residents by ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is maintained at all times.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care plans, progress notes, and other relevant information.
* Collaborate with staff to provide quality care and support to residents, including providing assistance with daily living activities, administering medication, and responding to emergency situations.
Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or equivalent qualification)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A compassionate approach to care, with a focus on delivering high-quality services that meet the unique needs of each resident
