Job Overview:
We're seeking a Performance Marketing Strategist to drive our paid acquisition growth. This role demands end-to-end performance marketing expertise across all channels, focusing on scaling successful campaigns and uncovering new opportunities.
* Lead performance marketing efforts across all paid channels, seamlessly transitioning between strategy and hands-on execution.
* Implement a disciplined testing program: Develop and execute an experimentation framework to validate new channels, scale winners, and eliminate underperforming initiatives.
* Foster incremental pipeline growth and meet targets: Set channel strategies, allocate resources, and manage day-to-day execution to drive measurable impact.
* Create layered, multi-product campaigns to drive net-new lead growth across existing and new products.
* Identify and act on early signals: Establish reporting that tracks success metrics and financial KPIs; monitor input vs. output metrics to flag underperformance, tracking issues, or creative fatigue - and rectify any issues promptly.
* Transform insights into high-converting ads: Collaborate with design to produce high-converting ads aligned for new & existing products, taking into account B2B funnel stages.
