**Technology Risk - Manager**

**About the role**
As an experienced Technology Risk Manager, you'll partner with our client's Commodities and Global Markets teams to ensure that Technology Risk is managed effectively, in line with their Operational Risk Management Frameworks and associated policies. The role will require you to conduct training and perform regular risk reporting, presenting clear and concise findings to the team and business leads.
You'll work with the team to drive a strong, proactive risk culture and a clear understanding of the risk framework, including:
- Identifying operational issues and control breakdowns and advising on proposed responses.
- incident investigation, proactive controls assurance deep-dives, and risk workshops.
- Technology expertise with operational risk management, technology operations, or assurance experience.
- Experience in Controls Assurance activities will be regarded.
- Recent experience in designing, implementing, or assessing Public Cloud deployments
- (IaaS and PaaS) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the capability to initiate and lead conversations with business leaders and risk management colleagues regarding anticipated and emerging issues are essential.
