Job Title: Training Resource Developer
The role involves researching, writing, and enhancing nationally accredited training resources for a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather feedback, revise training materials, and meet compliance, trainer, client, and student learning objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Map units of competency to training benchmarks.
* Create or assist with technical writing of questions and information for unit of competency resources.
* Research relevant codes, acts, and regulations to incorporate into materials.
* Develop and format training delivery documents such as learner guides, theory and practical assessments, markers' guides, and recognised prior learning kits.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in RTO or adult learning is desirable.
* Strong writing and research skills are essential.
* Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications and Google Drive.
* A friendly, professional, and efficient customer service mindset is necessary.
