As a home and community care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes. This may include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, and light housekeeping tasks. You will work closely with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met and provide a compassionate and empathetic presence in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
* Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
* Transport clients to appointments and activities.
* Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up.
* Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
* Provide a compassionate and empathetic presence in clients' lives.
Requirements
* Female candidates preferred.
* Full Australian driver's license and access to a car.
* Valid police check.
* Previous experience in home and community care preferred, but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
