The Role
We're looking for a Supply & Demand Planner to join a growing operations team. This newly created role will be pivotal in ensuring the right stock, in the right markets, at the right time, supporting ESK's rapid international expansion.
You'll lead 12-month rolling forecasts, implement S&OP processes, manage supply planning with global suppliers, and oversee inventory health across Australia, the US, and the UK. Success means minimising stock-outs and costly air freight, while building the systems and processes that will set ESK up for scale.
What You'll Do
* Build and maintain rolling 12-month forecasts (finished goods, raw materials, consumables, GWPs).
* Align demand with marketing calendars and product launches.
* Manage procurement and POs across global suppliers (China, AU, Singapore).
* Track supplier performance and identify cost-saving initiatives.
* Support freight and 3PL coordination, ensuring smooth deliveries across markets.
* Take ownership of a new CIN7 inventory system and help build SOPs.
* Report on inventory health, COGS, and operational KPIs.
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years' experience in supply chain, planning, or procurement.
* 1+ years' experience in eCommerce, preferably in personal care, fashion or consumer goods
* Strong forecasting and analytical skills (Excel/ERP/Inventory systems).
* Experience working with international suppliers and 3PLs.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with confidence in both strategy and execution.
* Comfort working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
