Act as an IS&T; Support Analyst to provide support across the company in managing escalated issues as well as to provide advice and guidance across the business IS&T; needs.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Knowledge of local and wide area networks, including VPN
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite 2016
- Knowledge of Windows Server & Windows desktop environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online
