As a vital component of our technology team, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the council's technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and improve the council's IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, storage systems, and virtualisation technologies.
* Administer cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure, including user management, service configuration, and compliance settings.
* Manage device deployment and compliance using tools such as Microsoft Intune, including packaging and rollout of applications and updates.
Requirements:
* Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure maintenance and improvement
* Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, storage systems, and virtualisation technologies
* Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and tools such as Microsoft 365 and Azure
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
