- Salary: $72,995.61 - $81,415 + Salary Packaging options (up to $18,550 per annum) and 17.5% Leave Loading (payable on annual leave)

- Work with customers to strengthen their capacity to connect with informal, mainstream, and funded supports
- Develop customer capacity to maintain support relationships, resolve service delivery issues, and participate independently in NDIS processes
- Be a part of a diversified and progressive disability service organisation

To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar role within the NDIS
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders and team members
- Personal resilience working in a changing environment
