Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is primarily Monday to Friday, with optional or shared rostering of Saturday morning work available.

About the role
You will be primarily responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service across in-store, phone, and e-commerce interactions, while supporting the wider team in a busy retail environment.
