YOUR NEW EXCITING ROLE
As a valued KEY TEAM player (reporting to the Managing Partner), you will love the VARIETY of:
* being the FIRST professional contact for all new incoming clients doing an initial 'fact-find'+ attending to their initial queries +determining whether they have a plausible case and arranging client-solicitor meetings;
* Triaging potential personal injury claims;
* Organising new client packs including cost agreements and authorities online
* general office administration+ assisting with business improvement projects as required.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* have minimum 12 months OR more experience working as a legal assistant/secretary/paralegal in a personal injury law firm and/or an insurance company;
* are a real PEOPLE person with proven outstanding high customer-service skills, are patient and empathetic (essential);
* have a warm +friendly professional PHONE manner+ high attention to detail (essential);
* thrive in a busy, vibrant and fast-paced environment;
