Overview
Production Manager (Exhibition Industry) – Location: Balmain, Sydney. Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Office Based & some on-site Travel).
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple exhibition projects end-to-end, including quoting, planning, scheduling, and execution.
Oversee on-site installs, builds, AV, signage, and client handovers.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, venues, and organisers to ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop job scopes, integrate quotes into budgets, and secure approvals.
What We're After
Proven experience in the exhibition industry (or related fields such as events, media, or building).
Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident handling multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a practical, solutions-first mindset.
Flexibility for interstate travel and occasional weekend work during event periods.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Start Date: As soon as possible (ideally November/December 2025).
