Job Title: Compensation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Compensation Specialist. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll each fortnight.
* Work with HR Manager and Business Operations Officers to finalize timesheets.
* Manage payroll administration and employee lifecycle activities.
* Maintain payroll records and systems.
* Ensure compliance with Superannuation, STP, Payroll Tax, Workers Compensation, Child Support, Paid Parental Leave, reimbursements, and entitlements.
* Complete payroll reconciliations, monthly reporting, and assist with BAS and TAX.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' payroll or similar experience.
* Strong knowledge of payroll processes, awards, and legislation.
* Certificate IV in Payroll or higher (desirable).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
