Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Parts Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage technical support enquiry calls from customers, engaging internal employees to address and resolve questions
* Provide customer support including accurate parts interpretation and technical assistance
* Manage quotations, including preparation, follow-up, and resolution
* Support engine quotations and sales-related activities
* Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly, efficient, and timely communication
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Sound knowledge of pumping systems, generators (gensets), lighting, diesel engines, and mechanical equipment
* Experience using ERP systems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to accurately interpret operating, maintenance, and spare parts manuals
