Full-time Assistant Store Manager - Williamstown North (Upcoming new store)
A full‐time role (38 hours per week) under the Fast‐food Industry Award. Store opening in August 2026 (date to be confirmed).
The Opportunity
As an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks, you'll help lead store operations, develop a high‐performing team, and create a welcoming third place for customers and communities.

Qualifications
* a minimum of two years' progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer‐facing role
* strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem‐solving skills
* the ability to lead effectively in a fast‐paced environment
* previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
* experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
* exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports
* a proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
