Job Title:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Employee Relations Advisor. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer expert counsel to management on employee relations, driving organizational excellence.
* Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances, resolving conflicts and recommending effective actions.
* Prioritize administrative tasks, such as handling TUPE consultations, while providing external support for complex cases.
* Negotiate and facilitate work agreements between works councils, unions, employees, and managers across multiple countries.
* Support FIS Works Council leaders/presidents, drafting proposals and fostering collaboration between parties and unions.
* Investigate workplace complaints, manage relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for labor inspections and queries.
* Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on conflict resolution, effective communication, and other essential skills.
Requirements:
