Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join a dynamic team in the construction of steel sheds. As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by overseeing all contractual agreements and documentation. This position requires strong organisational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.Responsibilities: Your primary focus lies in meticulous contract management, where you meticulously manage and review all contractual agreements and documentation pertinent to project delivery. Financial management is another key area where your expertise comes into play. You will collaborate closely with project delivery teams to assist in project cost control and forecasting. This involves managing subcontractors efficiently to keep projects within budgetary constraints while striving to meet predetermined financial margins. Your commercial proficiency is crucial in continuously improving contract management processes. By leveraging current commercial knowledge, you'll identify opportunities to streamline controls, enhance efficiency, and boost productivity across all project phases.Your role also encompasses contractual compliance, where you meticulously analyse tender specifications and contract terms. Your insights and recommendations for amendments ensure that projects remain compliant and aligned with regulatory requirements throughout their lifecycle. Effective risk management is paramount to project success, and you'll be instrumental in identifying and mitigating contract risks and issues. Collaboration lies at the heart of project delivery, and you'll serve as a central point of coordination. Working closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and various stakeholders, you'll ensure that project requirements are met, deadlines are adhered to, and effective relationships are maintained to foster project success.Finally, your commitment to Occupational Health and Safety standards ensures that all aspects of our projects are conducted in strict accordance with safety protocols and frameworks.
