The successful candidate will lead daily operations of the Lobby Lounge and Bar ensuring smooth, efficient, and luxurious service experiences across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and uphold operational standards, beverage policies, and operating procedures across all service touchpoints.
* Manage beverage control including inventory, portion standards, par levels, cost management, and period-end reporting.
* Collaborate with culinary team to design, develop, and promote innovative beverage offerings and food pairings.
