Administrative Support Professional
We are seeking an experienced and efficient administrative support professional to join our team in a new office location.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service by managing all incoming enquiries and phone calls, record sales and rental enquires using industry specific databases, coordinate and maintain spreadsheets, social media content and software programs, and perform general cleaning and tidying of reception and staff areas.
About the Role:
* Provide exceptional customer service by managing all incoming enquiries and phone calls.

About You:
* Hold an Agent's Representative certificate (not essential).
* Demonstrate a helpful nature with a focus on customer service.
* Prove strong organisational and time management skills.
* Have proficiency in software programs and MS Office suite.
* Exhibit great telephone manner and multitasking abilities.
* Be team-oriented and willing to assist the team.
