We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team in Tongala, Australia. As an Electrician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical trade qualifications, with experience in PLC programming, industrial diagnostics, and fault-finding. You will also possess excellent communication and computer literacy skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Role:
* Carry out planned maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures
* Detect and resolve faults using your electrical trade knowledge and diagnostic skills
* Mentor apprentices and ensure safe work practices throughout the facility
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reliability
Requirements:
* Educated to Trade Qualification level in Electrical Work
* PLC programming expertise and industrial diagnostic experience
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
