Maintains accurate & detailed training & attendance records; captures training data and information in relevant IT systems Measure & Evaluation of Effectiveness of Training - Monitors & keeps under review training issues & trends; provides accurate & timely reports. Continuous Improvement of Training - Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable training programs and initiatives, traineeships and apprenticeships; recommends improvements to training strategy; ensures improvements are implemented II Meat Processing.
