AS A GRAPHIC DESINGER
* Produce high‐quality graphic design assets across digital, print, campaigns, and internal communications in line with briefs and brand guidelines.
* Interpret creative briefs and direction from the Graphics and Motion Lead, translating them into clear, engaging visual outcomes.
* Apply established brand standards consistently across all design outputs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing and creative team to deliver design solutions that meet project objectives and deadlines.
* Amend and refine designs based on feedback, contributing to a smooth review and approval process.
* Manage own workload and tasks effectively to support timely delivery of projects.
* Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve creative output.
ABOUT YOU
* Demonstrated experience delivering graphic design projects from brief to final execution.
* Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
* Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work across digital and print, with some exposure to motion or basic video content beneficial.
* Proven ability to interpret creative briefs and apply feedback to produce brand‐aligned design outcomes.
* Proficiency in industry‐standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro advantageous.
* Ability to manage own workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
* Solid understanding of brand guidelines and applying visual identity consistently across assets.
