**How will I help?**
A Sanctions Risk Analyst performs a review on escalated SWIFT, NPP and Trade transactions that are relative to sanctions screening. As part of the Sanctions Operations team, you will be required to conduct due diligence on escalated to eliminate any sanctions concerns on behalf of the Group.
This is a full time, 12 months max term opportunity based at our Parramatta office. You must be available to work between 7am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday including public holidays.
Some of the key accountabilities are:
- Receive and review escalated Sanctions alerts (In system and Manual Alerts)
- Liaise with various stakeholders including Business Units, Relationship Managers and/or Customers to obtain information required to complete the due diligence assessment
- Respond to questions from Business Units in relations to Sanctions operational matters
- Review, acknowledge and comply with all policy and procedures
- Consistently maintaining and updating Sanctions knowledge and frameworks in relation to Westpac and its policies.
