Our client is a leading organisation in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, dedicated to producing high-quality therapeutic products that make a real difference to patient health and wellbeing.
Operating within a TGA-licensed, GMP-certified facility,our client is experiencing ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Line Operator to join their manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment and takes pride in maintaining exceptional production and quality standards.
Hours
* Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
* Overtime opportunities: Saturdays and Sundays
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor automated and manual production line equipment in accordance with GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols.
* Prepare materials, components, and equipment for each production batch.
* Perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet all specifications and compliance requirements.
* Accurately complete batch documentation, logbooks, and electronic records.
* Assist with line changeovers, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
* Maintain strict hygiene and contamination control in all manufacturing areas.
* Promptly report any deviations, equipment faults, or quality concerns to supervisors.
* Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless production flow.
Skills & Experience
* Experience working in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (desirable).
* Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality standards.
* Proven ability to operate, clean, and maintain production line machinery.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Physically capable of performing manual handling and repetitive tasks safely.
* A proactive, safety-conscious, and reliable work ethic.
