* Back up the field service techs with with over the phone and in person technical support while still getting out in the field when needed
* Help tighten up jobs, cut down rework, and work alongside branch leadership to keep things running smoothly
* Take charge of major jobs, builds, and warranty work from start to finish
* Spot gaps in training or tooling and help upskill the team
* Build strong relationships with customers and set the standard for quality work

The Branch & Hours
This is a residential NT-based role where you'll split your time between supporting the team in the field and keeping things on track at the branch.
1. Monday to Friday roster with flexibility when the job calls for it
2. Roughly 7am to 4pm with OT when required
3. Mix of field support and coordination
