**About the Role**
Reporting to the People & Culture Director, the P&C Coordinator will contribute to the daily operations of the ANZ P&C team. It is a broad role that will be responsible for supporting a variety of people-related processes across the full employee life cycle, such as HRIS system management, recruitment, onboarding, performance and engagement
This role is perfect for someone who is looking to develop a solid foundation for their career within P&C and gain experience working within an organization across APAC. Part of a small and collaborative team, you will have exposure to a range of P&C projects as we continue the transformation of our business, supporting our team members to win in the market.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Supporting our P&C Director and Talent Acquisition team with contracts, recruitment processes, onboarding, probation, induction and exit surveys;
- Supporting engagement and performance management initiatives;
- Administration of employee transfers, terminations and other movements in our HRIS system, ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date;
- Contributing to the review of HR policies and processes to ensure best practice
- Partnering closely with our Remuneration & Reporting Manager to assist with analysis and accurate reporting on HR metrics;
- Coordination of our Reward & Recognition program and CSR initiatives;
- Coordination of P&C engagement events, L&D, communications and support for a range of exciting P&C projects.
**About You**
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated P&C Assistant or Coordinator experience or equivalent;
- Tech savvy and comfortable using a variety of systems including a working knowledge of HR information systems(s)
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and organisation skills with a keen eye for detail;
- Collaborative, accountable and innovative with drive, humility and curiosity;
- Understanding of payroll, Fair Work Act, WHS laws, and NZ Employment legislation is desirable;
