* NESA-accredited to teach in NSW, with demonstrated success delivering strong learning outcomes across P-6.
* Additional relevant qualifications in library management / operations as recognised by ALIA.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Teacher Librarian, with demonstrated understanding of Library Management Systems.
* Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering creative programs that foster information literacy, research skills, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of reading.
* Background in girls' only education preferred (but not essential).
* Open-minded and forward-thinking in pedagogical and pastoral practice.
* A confident and communicative team player who makes a positive contribution to the life and culture of Kambala.
