Under the direction of the National Manager - Campus Services, the role will be responsible for the remote day-to-day support of technology and IT services used by ACU staff, students and university visitors nationally and work collaboratively within the Information Technology environment. The Technology Support Officer requires effective communication skills to understand technical problems and IT requests, specialist skills to triage and resolve service issues, and suitable knowledge to provide sound advice and solutions. The position requires working rostered hours, which may include supporting the function after hours and on nominated weekends, and the flexibility to travel to North Sydney, Strathfield and Blacktown campuses on an as needs basis to cover operational requirements.
