The Hunter Foot Clinic is looking for a friendly, organised and motivated individual to join our growing team at our Adamstown clinic in Newcastle.

We are ideally seeking someone with previous reception experience, particularly within a medical or allied health setting.
About You
* Outstanding customer service skills and a warm, professional phone manner
* The ability to stay calm and organised in a busy, fast‐paced workplace
* Confidence using computers and technology, including Mac systems, Google‐based programs and Cliniko (or willingness to learn)
* A high standard of personal presentation and professionalism
* Excellent time management, initiative and robust multitasking ability
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability for data entry accuracy
Your Role Will Include
* Being the first point of contact and welcoming patients into the clinic
* Answering incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
* Booking patient appointments and processing payments
* Providing administrative support to our podiatrists and allied health team
* Preparing reports and assisting with general clinic operations as required
* Managing patient records using our practice management software
* Sterilising and maintaining medical instruments and equipment
* Filing, scanning and organising clinical and administrative documents
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $27.79 - $31.19 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
Experience: Medical administration: 1 year (preferred)
