About the Role

* Direct and support staff to achieve high-quality service delivery and efficient facility management
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and improve customer satisfaction
* Monitor and manage financial performance to ensure sustained growth and profitability
* Prepare detailed reports and analytics for senior management


About You

* Strong background in operational management, finance, and staff leadership
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans, services, and activities
* Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
* A current driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Mandatory qualifications include:

* Current pool lifeguard certification
* Defibrillation, first aid, pool operations, and food operations certifications
