Key Responsibilities:
* Driving culture and leading a large team of high energy individuals
* Recruiting, developing, and training key talent
* Ensuring the venue is always immaculate and creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere
* Making guest and their experience the highest priority
* Creating and implementing growth strategies to increase top-line revenue.
* Floor leadership & Service Flow Management
* Strong emphasis on financials, ensuring costs (COGS, Labour, CWD, stocktakes) are managed and sales budgets and profit expectations are met
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4+ years experience in hospitality management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Experience in high volume venues and large-scale events
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
