As a Principle Strategic Advisor you will focus on strategic leadership to build an integrated, collaborative, and connected service system across the region and more broadly across the state. You will play an instrumental role in providing expert advice to ensure the implementation of Government reforms, FVRIC strategic priorities, and responses to family violence align with Uniting's Vision and Mission. Responsibilities
In an auspiced position you will have significant independence of action while ensuring responses to family violence align with Uniting's Vision and Mission and guidelines provided by the IFV Regional Integration Committee, delivered within the policy framework determined by the funding body. Qualifications
You will have a relevant Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related tertiary qualification. A current Victorian Driver's License Detailed knowledge of the Family Violence Reforms, current Family Violence System and Family Violence Policy Detailed knowledge of the MARAM framework and Family Violence and Child Information Sharing Schemes Demonstrated ability in providing advice and consulting expertise with a diverse range of senior stakeholders in community and government sectors Solid understanding of working with marginalised groups including Indigenous and CALD clients Benefits
