About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our team of skilled technicians. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strong direction to the workshop team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on diagnostics and customer requirements.
* Manage branch asset maintenance, fleet management, and servicing schedules.
* Maintain quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead a large workshop team with a safety-first attitude.

What You'll Bring To The Role:
* A mechanical trade qualification is preferred but not essential.
* Good computer literacy – experience with MS Office, including Excel.
